The company was established in the year 1993 by Mr. R. Ramakrishnan, who is a Qualified Techknowcrat, with more than 30 years of experience in Designing and Manufacturing in various engineering disciplines like Machine Tools, Turbines, Jigs and Fixtures etc. He is well versed in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic and Hydraulic fields.

Manufacture and Trading  of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machines from Thome praezision-Germany, Profile Projectors, Video Vision Systems and Tool Pre-Setters for CNC Machines and Digital Read Out systems from Givi Misure srl - Italy.
 
Future plans
CCD based 3 axes Video Vision System will be introduced in the market by March 2002. Plans are in the pipeline to manufacture Roundness Tester in the near future.

Infrastructure
The plant has all basic machining facilities like Turning, Milling, Grinding, Drilling and Jig Boring, apart from Fabrication facilities such as Plate Bending, Welding, Painting etc. There are more than 24 employees on roll in the plant and sales and services through out India. Other than manufacturing facilities, inspection facilities include CMM, Profile Projector, Height Master etc., to precisely check and control the quality of components manufactured by the company.
